After Sale Services

In order to provide better service and maintenance to our customers and also more efficient operation of MOBTAKER product(s), After Sale Services Department has been considered in Companies’ Organization Chart and established in factory site as a central department of all related representatives in other provinces in Iran.

Companies’ Central Sell Office in Tehran and other Sell Representatives who has been established in other provinces, shall take necessary provisions to establish separate After Sale Services Departments in their operational regions and inside their representative body, by employing professional repairmen or individuals who have been trained especially by companies’ expert engineers, or to outsource this important services to sub-contractors who are qualified, specially trained and are introduced to latest technical and technological improvements which continually occur in products’ design and production process. The most important functions which are done by this section are as followings:

  1. Installation of system(s) and preparing operational conditions for customers

  2. Adjustment of the systems and programming Smart Energy Management Controllers

  3. Operational testing and measuring conditional parameters such as air flow rate (CFM), air flow speed (fpm), temperature and relative humidity at both outlet & inlet port of the systems

  4. Customer training about safety, operational & adjusting items, necessary information about “how to use Instruction Manual” and preparing

  5. Preparing “Delivery”, “Guarantee” and “Customer’s Satisfied/Unsatisfied” forms which will be signed by customer. It has to be mentioned that the after sale service team shall remove all probable faults and satisfy customer

  6. Inspection and periodical services of installed systems during guarantee

  7. Maintaining and repairing systems after expiration of guarantee   

     

    After Sale Service Department have provisions to sign a service and maintaining contract with customers annually.

          

    Service and maintenance costs during guarantee are free of charge.
